Brian Johnson

Meet Brian Johnson, the owner of Main and Johnson. Brian’s expertise comes from a successful career as the head of sales for a division of Owens Corning, where he consistently drove double-digit revenue and EBIT growth. He has led downstream growth engines of multibillion-dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on serving global expansion. His background includes creating commercial strategies such as market segmentation for several regions, P&L management, and organizational design. 

Brian is a mover and shaker in the workplace. He has a unique talent for bridging the gaps between business executives, key stakeholders, department leaders, and customers. By analyzing their needs and goals, he creates strategies and solutions focused on driving long-term, sustainable growth. His passion for changing the cultural fabric of leadership has consistently enabled organizations to solidify customer relationships, exceed revenue targets, and reduce costs.

Brian is extremely agile in responding to constantly changing markets and has a consistent track record of facilitating team cohesion and increasing profitability. His expertise and passion for empowering teams have made him an invaluable asset to numerous organizations. Brandy Montambo

Brandy Montambo is a seasoned senior consultant at Main & Johnson, with extensive experience in operations and customer experience consulting. Brandy's passion for equipping and supporting business leaders, combined with her experience and skills in strategic advising, tactical operational activities, and executive coaching, make her an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to transform its operations and customer experience. 


Prior to joining Main & Johnson, Brandy held the position of VP of operations at Swoz Consulting, a customer experience consulting company. Brandy has coached leadership and staff to build and maintain positive engagement and production improvements. One of Brandy’s favorite projects involved developing a Competency-Based Coaching Program for a 2 billion dollar company marketing department. The program aimed to enhance employee engagement and retention through the development of coaching style management.

Chris Thorne

Chris brings over 20 years of diverse corporate experience leading operational & organizational transformations. Chris has an impressive track record of delivering value through strategy development and execution, process improvement, project management, new product introduction (NPI), and organizational design. With Main and Johnson, Chris leverages his passion for talent development and continuous improvement to solve complex problems for both internal and external stakeholders. Chris is a customer and people centric leader who believes in establishing a strong culture of safety, transparency, and accountability

Sarah Crews

Meet Sarah Crews, our small business consultant with fifteen+ years of corporate experience including marketing, finance, and executive administration. Through candor and trust, Sarah facilitates the self-discovery of her clients’ authentic goals and how they can bridge the gap between their current state and their aspirations. Her clients benefit from her ability to provide new perspectives and view obstacles as opportunities. She is passionate about promoting self-awareness and accountability, enabling her clients to confidently take ownership of their journey.  


Sarah’s focus is on achieving the highest quality performance for her clients and their organizations in the form of sustainable transformations. Sarah understands the challenges that entrepreneurs and small business owners face in today's rapidly changing business landscape. Her expertise and our Jump Start Program have helped small business owners achieve growth and competitiveness in the market. As our small business consultant, Sarah’s clients appreciate her approachable demeanor, collaborative style, and unwavering commitment to their success.

Clare Miller

Clare is a people person focused on facilitating change in a positive and encouraging way. She brings her passion for education and commitment to continued growth to her role as Training Manager. She facilitates Main and Johnson’s team leadership programs, including our Styles and Strengths workshops.  Leveraging her experience in group instruction, Clare creates a safe space of honesty and collaboration to guide our clients’ teams to define and achieve shared objectives. 


Clare holds a Masters from University of North Carolina Charlotte in Reading Education, a BS in Elementary Education for State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as Global Leadership College TESOL/TEFL Certification. In addition to teaching, Clare was a curriculum designer for Lerner Publishing Group and worked in sales for Norwex.  

Lauren Rehm

Lauren has 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as a comprehensive administrative background.  Her expertise includes personnel coordination, process efficiencies, schedule management, and client relations. Lauren prides herself on establishing meaningful relationships and providing exceptional client experiences while balancing the needs of the Main and Johnson team. She takes pride in representing a small business, focused on providing solutions to business owners within the community. Lauren enjoys working with individuals who work hard and love what they do.
