Meet Brian Johnson, the owner of Main and Johnson. Brian’s expertise comes from a successful career as the head of sales for a division of Owens Corning, where he consistently drove double-digit revenue and EBIT growth. He has led downstream growth engines of multibillion-dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on serving global expansion. His background includes creating commercial strategies such as market segmentation for several regions, P&L management, and organizational design.
Brian is a mover and shaker in the workplace. He has a unique talent for bridging the gaps between business executives, key stakeholders, department leaders, and customers. By analyzing their needs and goals, he creates strategies and solutions focused on driving long-term, sustainable growth. His passion for changing the cultural fabric of leadership has consistently enabled organizations to solidify customer relationships, exceed revenue targets, and reduce costs.

Chris Thorne

Whether it’s exploring a remote village or diving into a new city’s hidden gems, Chris thrives on connecting with locals and experiencing life from their perspective. He brings that same passion for understanding diverse viewpoints into his work, enabling him to empathize deeply and effectively address his clients' pain points. Outside of work, Chris channels that same dedication into his health, fitness, and wellness routines, treating his body with the same discipline he applies to his career. Whether conquering a challenging workout or strategizing for a client, Chris approaches every endeavor with unwavering determination and expertise.

Chris brings over 20 years of diverse corporate experience leading operational & organizational transformations. Chris has an impressive track record of delivering value through strategy development and execution, process improvement, project management, new product introduction (NPI), and organizational design. With Main and Johnson, Chris leverages his passion for talent development and continuous improvement to solve complex problems for both internal and external stakeholders. Chris is a customer and people centric leader who believes in establishing a strong culture of safety, transparency, and accountability

Lauren Rehm
Meet Lauren, our Executive Assistant. Voted ‘Most Likely to pretend her phone is on silent just to get five minutes of peace’, Lauren is an executive assistant by day, a 24/7 mom, and professional “Do Not Disturber” on weekends. Her idea of relaxation is a nightly unwind with a true-crime documentary.

Lauren has 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as a comprehensive administrative background. Her expertise includes personnel coordination, process efficiencies, schedule management, and client relations. Lauren prides herself on establishing meaningful relationships and providing exceptional client experiences while balancing the needs of the Main and Johnson team. She takes pride in representing a small business, focused on providing solutions to business owners within the community. Lauren enjoys working with individuals who work hard and love what they do.

Alisha Schreffler
Meet Alisha, our Business Development Manager. Voted ‘Most Likely to DIY everything in your house’, Alisha enjoys everything to do with art and refurbishing. When moving into any new place, the first question she will ask is ‘How much can I change without losing my deposit?’. Most recently, she refurbished a dilapidated, chipped, and rusted flower cart from Goodwill into a brand new work of art.
Alisha comes from a diverse background of law, administrative roles, and hospitality. As our Business Development Manager, she prides herself on building relationships with her fellow human beings in hopes of finding a more efficient way to help them achieve their goals by bridging the gap between client and coach. Hailing from a small town in North Carolina, seeing 'mom and pops' grow into community household names inspires her desire to help small businesses grow and improve their notoriety.

A fearless singer-songwriter with a talent for target practice and a love for straight talk, Janine traded the noise of New York City for the rhythm of small-town North Carolina, bringing her no-BS brilliance (and a killer playlist) along for the ride.

​With over a decade of experience in operations leadership, Janine has worked across startups and growing small to mid-sized businesses as a Director of Operations, Business Process Advisor & Strategist, and workshop leader. She specializes in aligning teams, streamlining systems, process improvement, and translating big visions into executable plans. Janine has led cross-functional teams, improved organizational workflows, and helped companies scale without chaos—making structure look effortless and strategy feel human.
